Returns and Claims

• If you wish to return an item, contact us first for shipping instructions.
• Any item can be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 10 days.
• All items must be returned in new, unused condition. 
• Shipping fees on all returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
• Some of our items are hand crafted and require additional time.  If there is a delay you will be notified.    
• Any item not in stock will be placed for immediate back order unless you specify otherwise.
• Backordered items may take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
• Refunds or overcharges will be made promptly by company check.
